1. Charitable Donations

All contributions made through our website are treated as voluntary charitable donations. These are not payments for goods or services and are used solely to support our humanitarian and community development initiatives.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable

Once a donation is successfully processed and verified by the payment gateway, it is immediately allocated to the selected cause.
Therefore, donations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Duplicate / Multiple Deductions

If your bank account or card is charged multiple times for a single donation due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days with support from our payment gateway provider.

4. Transparency & Donor Support

5. Tax Exemption (If Applicable)

If tax exemption certificates (such as 80G) are available, donors may be required to submit valid identification and transaction details. Certificates will be issued only after successful verification.

6. No Return or Exchange

The Trust does not sell physical or digital products. Therefore, return or exchange policies do not apply.

7. Refund Request for Technical Issues

For issues like duplicate payments or failed transactions, donors must provide:

Payment screenshot
Donor name and contact number
